Refunds
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Refunds will be paid only for the fee charged by RCMC and in cases were RCMC was unable to execute the deal and will be at RCMC’s discretion. Refunds will be done after taking into consideration about the genuineness of the reason or the background of the cancellation of the deal or service and will not encourage on all deals. Certain fees paid to government or third parties for their products and services will not be refunded by RCMC and it will be based on the respective party’s refund policy and the client will have to take it up with that respective party.
