Vilu was a Talent Consultant with 14+ years of experience with EY ( Ernst & Young). She had been part of EY MENA talent team for 2 years and prior to that she had been working with their Dubai Talent team as a talent management consultant. She was responsible for overall assurance operation and employee relationship.
Vilu has a team of experienced personalities from various sectors to help and accomplish the goals.
We bring more than 35 years’ of collective experience spanning various industries.
Ramprasad
Ramprasad is a seasoned professional experienced in Banking, Investment and Wealth Management.He has worked with International institutions like ICICI,HSBC, BARCLAYS, MASHREQ and KOTAK. He has held various roles in India and UAE. He has around 25 years of work experience, managing Sales and Service teams in banking and also has played critical role in managing Individual Wealth of HNI clients and also advising them on Business Protection, Succession Planning, Will creation etc. He has experience in dealing with regulatory bodies like The Central Bank of UAE, in his previous roles.
Santhosh Thomas
Santhosh is a professional banker turned Fintech Entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the Corporate and Commercial Banking industry having associated with CITIGROUP& HDFC Bank in India and Union National Bank, CITIBANK N.A and MASHREQ Bank in UAE and is currently leading the banking & treasury advisory practice in RhivuCapital.He is also engaged in developing a blockchain powered working capital, trade finance and smart contract based tokenised multi asset securitisation ecosystem which helps corporates to evolve into future and raise working capital funds digitally
Prince Kunnel
Prince is a SME and retail banking veteran with over 15 years of retail and SME banking experience having worked with multiple banks in UAE. He has successfully spearheaded customer acquisition in banks like FAB, UNB and Noor Bank. He has a passion for SME businesses and supports them in their business projects with financial and strategic advisory services. He has a wide business network to support clients for their business facilitation and finance requirements.
